Questions

The practical stuff

Straight answers for a stay on this stretch of the Gulf. Policies here are demo policies.

What time are the chairs on the sand?

By 8:30 a.m. every morning you booked. If a storm holds us, we text before we roll. This demo doesn't actually send that text.

How do I find my spot?

Walk the access you booked. Your umbrella faces the Gulf, with a sand-colored ribbon on the pole. The first morning we text a photo of the setup. On this demo, nothing is texted.

What happens if the weather turns?

Double red before 8 a.m., or a named-storm watch, and that morning is refunded or moved. On a windy red-flag day the chairs still go out, the umbrella stays on the truck, and that part of the demo price comes off.

Do you deliver to the beach house door?

We meet the sand, not the elevator. Book the public access your beach house, cottage, or condo uses. We don't cross private gates or walk the dune line.

Can you move the chairs later in the day?

One move a day is included. Text us if the tide is creeping or you want the shade shifted.

Is the bonfire allowed?

Only where the city or county allows a contained fire, and only with the permit in your name. We stage the ring. We don't leave it lit, and we don't pull the permit for you.

Do you hold a parking spot?

No. James Lee, Scenic Gulf Drive, and the Okaloosa Island lots fill early on summer Saturdays. The chairs can be waiting even when the lot is not.
